Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked mailing service.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email once complete.
